					Roger Licup – Commissioner
As your basketball commissioner, I take immense pride in overseeing and managing all aspects of the basketball league in your community. This includes organizing games and tournaments, recruiting players and coaches, scheduling practices and games, ensuring compliance with league rules and regulations, and promoting the league to increase participation and engagement.
In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the league, I have a crucial role in managing any required disciplinary actions, mediating disputes and conflicts, and working closely with team captains, city authorities, and sponsors to drive the development and growth of the league. This involves implementing and enforcing league rules and regulations, ensuring fair play and sportsmanship among participants, and serving as a liaison between different stakeholders to maintain a harmonious and productive environment. By actively engaging with team leaders, local government representatives, and sponsors, I strive to cultivate a collaborative and supportive network that contributes to the overall success and advancement of the league.
 
						
					Al Sabino – Event Coordinator
Managing the Sponsorship Program & Special Events involves overseeing all aspects of organizing club functions, from securing sponsorships to coordinating event logistics. This includes working with sponsors to ensure their needs are met and managing relationships to maximize support for the club.
Al Sabino’s role involves supporting the Commissioner in planning and executing non-team activities at the venue, such as fundraisers or community events. Taking charge of coordinating every element required for the club’s event preparation means overseeing everything from booking venues and vendors to managing timelines and budgets. Overall, this role is crucial in ensuring the success of the club’s events and programs, and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
 
						
					Wilson De Jesus – Uniform Manager
Wilson’s role as the overseer of uniform design, production, distribution, and maintenance within the league is multifaceted and crucial for ensuring a cohesive and professional team appearance. He not only supervises the entire process from start to finish but also collaborates with vendors to guarantee that uniforms meet strict quality standards, are delivered promptly, and adhere to budget constraints.
Wilson plays a pivotal role in liaising with team captains to collect vital information such as sizing details, design preferences, and any personalized customization requests. This meticulous coordination ensures that each team is outfitted with the perfect uniforms that not only enhance team unity but also reflect the unique identity and style of each individual team within the league.
 
						
					Hubert Guijaro – Facebook Group Admin
Hubert’s role in managing and supervising Facebook’s AV AFBL group involves elaborate responsibilities. This includes enforcing group regulations to ensure compliance, moderating conversations to maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere, and reviewing membership requests to uphold group standards.
Hubert focuses on maintaining a secure and interactive environment for members by implementing necessary security measures and fostering meaningful interactions. Furthermore, Hubert collaborates with the commissioner to plan and execute events, highlights important announcements to keep members informed, and works to build strong relationships among group participants. Overall, Hubert plays a pivotal role in creating a cohesive and dynamic community within the AV AFBL group on Facebook.
 
						
					Neil Jing Aguirre – Facebook Group Admin/Moderator
Neil’s role involves managing and supervising the Facebook’s AV AFBL group, with responsibilities including enforcing group regulations, moderating conversations, approving or rejecting membership requests, and maintaining a secure and interactive environment for members. He is also establish and coordinate with the commisioner when creating events, highlight crucial announcements, and foster relationships among group participants.
